Acore Hosting policy
Effective August 27, 2026
These Terms govern your access to Acore Hosting websites, accounts, game-server hosting, control panel, and related services.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Acore Hosting.
You must be at least 13 years old, meet Discord’s minimum-age requirements, and be legally able to accept these Terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have it before using the service.
Tell us promptly through the support channel available in the Panel if you believe your account or server has been compromised.
Free hosting is a limited-capacity beta. Creating an account does not guarantee eligibility, immediate placement, a particular plan, or uninterrupted server availability.
Free plans may require a connected Discord identity and may limit active claims, memory, CPU, disk, databases, backups, allocations, collaborators, or other features. Limits shown for the assigned plan are enforced at the server level.
We may pause new claims, change future plan availability, reclaim abandoned capacity, or suspend a free server when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, maintenance, or capacity management. When practical, we will provide notice before a material non-emergency change.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Acore Hosting the limited rights needed to store, copy, transmit, back up, scan for security threats, and otherwise process that content to operate and protect the service.
You are responsible for maintaining your own current exports and backups. A backup feature is not a guarantee against data loss, corruption, user error, game incompatibility, or account enforcement.
We work to keep Acore Hosting available, but beta and free services are provided without a service-level agreement. Maintenance, upstream software, networks, attacks, hardware, game updates, and third-party services can cause interruptions.
Features may be added, changed, or retired. We will avoid materially reducing a paid service during its current billing period without a reasonable remedy, once paid plans become available.
Premium plans are not offered at launch. Before paid services become available, we will publish the applicable prices, billing period, renewal terms, refund rules, taxes, and cancellation process. A free account will not be converted into a paid subscription without an affirmative purchase.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, harms other users, avoids resource limits, or threatens service stability. Emergency action may occur without advance notice.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion may be limited while a managed server, active claim, dispute, security hold, or legal retention obligation remains.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acore Hosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, game progress, worlds, files, data, goodwill, or business interruption. For free services, our aggregate liability will not exceed USD $25. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably practical. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it.
