Acore Hosting policy
Privacy Policy
Effective August 27, 2026
This policy explains the information Acore Hosting processes, why
we need it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Account information
We process your name, username, email address, password hash,
account identifiers, security settings, and acceptance of service
policies.
Connected accounts
If you connect Discord, we process the Discord account identifier
and basic identity information returned with your authorization.
We use a protected fingerprint to enforce account and free-claim
limits. We do not store your Discord password.
Service and server information
We process server configuration, resource usage, status, network
addresses, permissions, collaborators, support records, activity
events, and the files or console data needed to provide hosting.
Technical information
We process IP addresses, browser and device information,
timestamps, cookies, security signals, request metadata, and
diagnostic logs used for authentication, abuse prevention,
reliability, and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
-
Create, secure, and operate your account and game servers.
-
Send account setup, password, security, service, and support
messages.
-
Place servers, enforce plan limits, recover failed work, and
diagnose incidents.
-
Prevent duplicate free claims, fraud, abuse, attacks, and limit
avoidance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
-
Improve the service using aggregated or de-identified
operational information.
3. Cookies and similar storage
Acore uses cookies and local browser storage that are necessary
for login sessions, security controls, preferences, and panel
operation. Public registration uses Cloudflare Turnstile to
distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse; Cloudflare
may process browser, device, network, and challenge signals for
that purpose. Identity providers may set their own security
cookies. We do not currently use the public website for behavioral
advertising tracking.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We share information only as needed with infrastructure,
email-delivery, security/CAPTCHA, identity, domain/network, and
future payment providers that help operate Acore Hosting. They
process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to
comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse,
respond to a valid legal process, or complete a business
reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service,
protect security, resolve disputes, enforce limits, and meet legal
or accounting obligations. Security and anti-abuse fingerprints
may be retained after account deletion when necessary to prevent
repeated free-tier abuse. Server data may remain briefly in
backups before scheduled deletion.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing,
rate limits, protected secrets, backups, and operational
monitoring. No system can guarantee perfect security, so you
should use a unique password, enable available account protection,
and keep independent copies of important server data.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update much of your account information in the Panel,
disconnect eligible linked accounts, manage collaborators, or
request account assistance through the support channel published
there. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access,
correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of
personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Some information can be retained when required for security, legal
compliance, disputes, or anti-abuse enforcement.
8. Children
Acore Hosting is not directed to children under 13. Users must
also meet Discord’s minimum age and any higher local requirement.
If you believe a child provided information contrary to these
requirements, contact us through the Panel support channel.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Acore Hosting develops. We will post
a new effective date and provide additional notice for material
changes when reasonably practical.
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the
support channel published inside the
Acore Panel.
